Shipping & Returns

Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority, for which a handling and shipping charge will be added to your charge record.

All items are guaranteed to meet your expectations when you receive them. If for any reason they do not, you should notify us at 1-800-305-0185 within 7 days of receiving your order so we can discuss your return. Any return shipping cost will be at the returner’s expense.

When we receive your returned order, in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, we will post a credit for the purchase price to your credit card account.

In the rare event your order is damaged in shipping,

contact us at 800-305-0185 immediately and preserve the item and the packing as received so an insurance claim can be filed with the carrier. Please photograph the packing and damaged item for reference.
